Folks, Tig Notaro’s Kickstarter project has attracted 67 backers, as of this post, investing $3,792 toward her goal, which she must reach by 6 p.m. Eastern on Aug. 3, 2012. Remember: With Kickstarter, if you don’t reach your goal by the deadline, you don’t receive any of the money. Why turn to big studios when we (the fans) could just raise the funding ourselves? :) If all of Tig Notaro’s Facebook ‘likers’ donated JUST FIVE to TEN (5-10) DOLLARS, we’d bust this thing! THAT’S IT. Don’t worry about donating 100 or more, just donate 5 to 10 bucks and we can get there together! AND if you can’t donate, you could always share this project with family, friends, facebook, twitter or tumblr would be a HUGE help like you wouldn’t even believe. THIRD PROFESSOR BLASTOFF TWITTER PARTY!
It’s good to have our Tig back and to have the hatch complete. With that said, we will have a THIRD Professor Blastoff Twitter party NEXT week. Not this Tuesday. That’s next Tuesday, May 29, 2012! at 6 PM/9 PM EST. Join Tig Fans Unite, Green Circle Award winner Steven Yates (who was actually featured on an episode of Professor Blastoff called “Sustainability” ) and other like-minded blastronauts and live tweet during the latest episode of Professor Blastoff. I started this Tig tumblr in December 2011. Just realized I’ve never gotten any submissions. By all means, submit, submit, submit. I welcome it. :) If you have anything Tig or Professor Blastoff related. Name Change
I think I’ve decided I’m going to change my tumblr name to “Fuck Yeah Tig Notaro” it just seems like the ‘tumblr’ thing to do. Facebook/Twitter/Youtube name will remain the same. So pretty soon my tumblr url will magically appear as: “http://fuckyeahtignotaro.tumblr.com”
